Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy is seeking a full-time, Executive Director, a salaried employee who reports to the Board of Directors through the President.

Responsibilities:
* Direction and supervision of agency affairs, employees, policy and procedures, public relations, volunteers and programs.
* Full accountability and execution of budget and fundraising.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* 3 years of experience in management and/or development
* Non-profit experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide leadership
* MS Office, Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
* Passion for providing social services to people in need
