What is Access Your Rx?
If you have no insurance, the cost of prescription drugs can be completely out of reach. Many pharmaceutical companies give away free medications through their Patient Assistance Programs to those without prescription coverage or whose coverage is inadequate. Access Your Rx assists you in obtaining prescription medicine from participating companies at no cost as part of the pharmacy’s mission.

Each plan has different forms and guidelines and Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy’s Access Your Rx program can help you find out if you are eligible to get the medications you need. Our staff will help you fill out the form and provide the information to the companies. There is no fee for this service.

Who is eligible for Access Your Rx?
Download and complete form or call us so we can help to determine if you are eligible for prescriptions from Access Your Rx. If you are eligible, you will need a signed application and prescription from your doctor. Access Your Rx medications are usually 90-day supplies and refills are often automatic. It takes a few weeks to receive your first shipment.

Access Your Rx is funded by grants from the Hearin-Chandler Foundation, the Medical Interest Fund of the Community Foundation of Southwest Alabama and The Daniel Foundation of Alabama.
